Exchanges and returns

  • Mercy Apparel offers a free return and refund. 
  • Not 100% satisfied with your last purchase from Mercy? We accept returns and guarantee a refund for products in their original condition within 90 days of receiving the order. 
  • Every product you want to use must be in the same condition as you received it. Returned products may not be used, washed or used in any other way. All items are checked individually upon return. 
  • A product can only be returned once.

  • If the product is damaged during delivery, you can send it back free of charge and get a full refund.
  • If you want to exchange your product for a different color or size, return the wrong product and place a new order.
  • If your return is accepted, we will refund you the equivalent of the price of the purchased item using the same payment method that was used in the purchase process.
  • If we receive the returned item in an inadequate condition, the return will be canceled and the item will be returned to you.
  • You bear full responsibility for the items you want to return until we receive them. It is worth insuring the return shipment to the value of returned items and keep proof of posting.
  • We are not responsible for any items returned to us by mistake.
  • The return procedure usually takes 7 days, during which the return should be received and processed. When the refund processing is complete, the refund will be made according to the original payment method, which may take up to 5 business days. We will be in touch with you and inform you by email about the completion of the process.
